Solicitor from Moxie Pest Control

Hi QRNA neighbors,

I wanted to share a quick heads-up about a door-to-door solicitor who came by my house Friday evening. A young man named Ross, who said he was with Moxie Pest Control, knocked on my door, claiming he was treating a nearby house today and offering a discount. When I repeatedly declined, he became incredibly pushy and persistent. It crossed the line from a standard sales pitch to making me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I eventually had to tell him his behavior was unsettling and to close the door on him. 

Whether the company is legitimate or not, his high-pressure tactics were unacceptable. Please be aware if he comes to your door, you are under no obligation to keep talking to anyone who refuses to respect your “no.” If anyone else experiences aggressive behavior, please consider reporting it to our QRNA board or to the non-emergency police line (918-596-9222).
